Our development center is very small. We enjoy many cost advantages that are not available to larger organizations. We work on a limited number of projects at a time and are able to control risks carefully. Absolute cost advantage means nothing, if high quality of service cannot be assured. We have continued to invest in infrastructure, technology and process improvements. All this means lower absolute costs as well as very good value for money.

Customer Care

We aim to exceed your expectations. Our customer service process, assigns named individuals to take care of customer requirements, ensuring timely communication and coordinating requirement, deliveries and reviews. Our customer care executives are available twenty four hours a day, by phone and email. In a fast changing business world, it is critical to be able to adapt fast. We are very flexible in our ability to quickly work out changes to project requirements. However, we also need to maintain order in the requirements management aspect of the project. So please do not expect the executive to commit to a change immediately. It needs to be reviewed by the project team.

Support

Not all projects are alike. And not all projects require the same level of support. Some require a lot of support. Others require initial handholding. And yet other projects require little support. No matter what your requirement of support, when you bring your development projects to Manoware, you can expect that we will be with you to support your project through out the lifecycle of the project. We have never believed in free service. Unless it is a project on which support cost has been factored, we charge the customer for the support. Since the rates are very competitive anyway, it works to the advantage of all.
